An accomplished Systems Designer with extensive experience in Information Technology in the Financial Services industry, Jim?s expertise in a broad spectrum of applications, data security, networking, system software and hardware is the result of his multifaceted career in the corporate world. Jim founded Scottsdale Technology Solutions with the idea in mind to bring the same level of professional IT services practiced at major corporations into the world of small and mid-sized businesses.
In addition to his technical skills, Jim brings to the table a rich background of project leadership and project management skills. Some of his accomplishments prior to founding Scottsdale Technology Solutions are:
- Established and maintained EFT applications and communications between Chase Manhattan Bank in New York City and other networks and institutions including PLUS, NYCE, MOST and Chase institutions across the U.S. and the Virgin Islands.
- Developed a client server application for the Debit Card Fraud and Compliance area of Regional Banking Systems. Co-developed with an outside vendor using Visual Basic and Oracle running on an HP9000/K460 server.
- As Y2K manager, successfully navigated the Credit Card Fraud department at JPMorgan Chase into the year 2000.
